Alright! I have signed up for the blogging A to Z Challenge! I'm really excited to be doing this... so excited that I created a video (even though I still have a zit!)
Bwahahaha! The girlies and I had so much fun making this video tonight. Caitlin did some directing and Siobain stayed in the room... pre-teens(!)
So, here's the dealio... This doesn't start 'til April but please leave any topics/ideas for my posts during the challenge in the comments below. I'll actually have to do a little preplanning instead of just... well, living the crazy life.
There are already 385 bloggers signed up for the challenge and it's my goal to check out all their blogs in the next couple of months. I'll share the ones I really love OR you could check out the list yourself... some of my peeps should totally do this challenge too.
Okay, on a side note, do I talk like this all the time? With the weird winking and all that crazy face bobbing going on? Someone needs to let me know. For now, I'm going to pretend that this video is an isolated incident.... except...
... here are some photos taken during some camera checks at work this morning:
What the ha-shizzle? Roger was running the camera and he's really good... of coarse, he also made these selects... and he's a little evil.
Maybe today was just NOT my day to be in front of the camera.
Thanks for this great A to Z Challenge pitch. Absolutely loved the video! I've added to today's A to Z Blog post which is conveniently on the topic of making videos. Your video provides a perfect example of what Nicole is talking about in her article.
ReplyDeleteWelcome to the A to Z Challenge! It's an honor to have an enthusiastic and talented blogger such as you.
I am now a follower of your blog.

Very Nice Job... that is a great entry and shout out, always room for jello... I think you have been hiding your blog from the world, so from the world [at least the people I know] to you... welcome.

Hi Kathleen! Loved the video, just loved it. I don't know what your day job is, but you seem to be a natural behind the cameras, as do your ADORABLE girls. I have boys, 12 and 15. The love video making, so I just might have to sick them on this project...so thanks for that idea! I haven't run across you in Bloggy-World yet, but I'm very glad I did. I, too, live the crazy life...but don't all moms?? I'm happy to be a new follower. And let me tell ya', doing this challenge is going to make your traffic and new followers grow by leaps and bounds.

I laughed and was delighted with your natural ease in front of the camera! Excellent job done by all the stars of this film!!! And the Oscar goes to...
ReplyDeleteThanks for adding your talents to the Video portion of this Challenge, I can hardly wait to see what you do in April!

This cracked me up! Love your entry. I voted you as my favorite. Anyone who makes me bust out with a laugh deserves the vote. Definitely following you now!
ReplyDeleteAs for ideas, you might try 26 ways being a mom to teens wears you out. I mean I know there have to be WAY more than 26 right? I bet you have some HI-larious stories that could really add something to those posts. LOL.
Thanks for posting this great video.
